Shipping Policy
- US orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Gallons of Noni are
shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air. International Orders under 4 lb will be
shipped by USPS First Class Mail International, over 4 lb by USPS
Priority Mail International. USPS Express Mail is available upon
request will cost more.
- Orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. (Excluding weekends and
Holidays)
- We do are best to keep all items in stock and the website up to
date. Items such as live plants, freshly baked goods and other
perishable items are picked up after you place your order.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy
- Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed actually means
something to us here at Suncatchers of Hilo. If you have a problem
with your order,
email us and we will do our best to make it right.
- Plants and food Items can't be shipped back to Hawaii, however,
replacements may be sent in some cases.
- We DO NOT guarantee chocolate not to melt. If you suspect your
chocolate may have melted, put the product in the refrigerator
overnight before opening. The taste will be unaffected.
- We DO guarantee plants to "arrive" alive. We can't guarantee
your growing conditions or growing ability after the plant arrives.
- We DO guarantee everything we sell to be freshest available.
